It's Friday and I'm STILL SICK!!! I hate this, especially since I have a 3-day weekend since I'm taking Monday off. DARNIT I BETTER FEEL BETTER TODAY OR TOMORROW OR I'M GOING TO...................................... NOT FEEL BETTER!!!

Well, I'm home now thanks to feeling like crap. I swear, I hate being sick.

 

 I've learned a valuable lesson. While I may not be allergic to cats, it seems I have a low tolerance to litter boxes. I went to clean it the other day and as soon as I was done, this terrible sore throat hit me and it has yet to go away. I went to the doctor the next day and they said I had some type of allergic/sinus infection and gave me antibiotics and prednisone. I'm feeling a little better now but was feeling awful on Wednesday and had to stay home. Needless to say, I need to hold my breath from now on cleaning that thing out or at least cover my mouth. Stupid allergies.

This is sooooooooooo cool!!! To celebrate 30 years of Rumiko Takahashi's work (Urusei Yatsura, Ranma 1/2, and Inu Yasha), it looks like new episodes of some of her series will be made. ^_^ Can't wait!! Here's a promo video that was made to celebrate the historic moment.

So, I've never really read manga before, at least not a long series of it. But someone just introduced me to a wonderful site that I'm now addicted to and will probably be reading constantly. ^_^

I'm reading Mahou Sensei Negima! right now. It's only 220 issues!!!!! ;_;

So, I can't help but notice that I've never really been a "fanboy" like the ones you see now-a-days. Just because I post on Transformers and Macross forums doesn't mean that I'm obsessed with either one. And every time I ask a question about something that I don't know that EVERYONE ELSE on the board seems to know, I get these answers like "duh! Aren't you a fan?" or "Dude, if you like this stuff, you should know". Ummmm no?? You don't have to be obsessed in something to be interested in it and don't have to know EVERYTHING. That's what differentiates me from the so-called GEEK when it comes to specific hobbies and interests. I tend to have a wide variety of interests while others seem to have this fixation on one particular thing. It just annoys me that I can't share in the fun of being "into" something without others putting me down for not being as "cool" as them. Of course, I know better. :)

Starting with the bad, I HAVE NOT HAD INTERNET ACCESS AT HOME SINCE FRIDAY AND I'M PISHED!!!!! >:( Windstream SUCKS and I am SO glad I'll be moving and that I will have Cable Internet instead. GRRRRRRR

The good news is I saw Batman:TDK this weekend and, like everyone else has said, it ROOOOOOCKED HARD!!!

Such a great movie, I was literally exhausted after I saw it. So full of AWESOME.
